Return Policy — Silk Tales

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition.

Exception: Handmade products made to order, as well as products with special care/hygiene (e.g. earrings), may be excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their nature. This is mentioned in the description of each product.

Procedure

Contact silkfairytales@gmail.com within 14 days for the return to be approved. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the product, using the same payment method.
