Terms of Use — Silk Tales

The Silk Tales store (silktales.gr) is managed by the Silk Tales business, located at: Didymoteicho, Evros 683 00, Greece · Email: silkfairytales@gmail.com.

1. Subject Matter

These terms define the terms of use of our online store and the conditions for placing orders. By using the store and/or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Products & Prices

Our products (Soufli silk scarves and handmade silk earrings) are handcrafted. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Payment is made through payment providers (Shopify Payments/Stripe/PayPal). Upon submission of the order, a sales contract is concluded under these terms.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to the EU Consumer Directive, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, unless the products are custom-made or due to the particularity of handmade products. Please refer to the Return Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, photos, designs) is the intellectual property of Silk Tales. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Greek law.
