Shipping Policy
All Silk Tales pieces are handmade and carefully packed to travel well.
Processing times
Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days (depending on the piece and current demand). You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Estimated delivery times
- Greece: 2–5 business days (ELTA or BOXNOW)
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, which we send by email once your parcel ships.
Customs & duties
For international orders, any customs fees, duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your country's authorities.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order is delayed or goes missing, write to us at info@silktales.gr and we will help you trace it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal or customs services, but we will always do everything we can to help.
